The city was bustling with people, like usual, and it made Nathaniel feel like he stood out, being stood in armor. Nate pulled at the armor around his neck. It was incredibly uncomfortable in the heat, but he dealt with it. The chain-mail clung to his body and weighed him down. He felt like he was 300kg more than he was. He ran a old rag over his forehead, collecting the sweat that gathered. He wanted to go home. It wasn't that he didn't love his job - he did. Incredibly. But he missed his family. He missed little Lila-Rose, Ana and especially Parker, he hated missing out on their childhood, but he was proud that he was able to provide for them such an wealthy livelihood. It was better, now that he was addicted to gambling. He'd had to seek help - very secretly - because he realized his habit was lowering the quality of life he could give his children. So Nathan now avoided the seedy places in town, as the amount of illicit gambling going on was far to tempting for him to be near. It did help that he was born into a very wealthy family, and therefore had money. The money would be shared equally between the three siblings, and the estates between Trent and Nathaniel. It was due to Bellatrix being the child of another man, that she would not get any of the Wilson Estate, but Bella didn't seem too angry about it. Nathaniel sighed and ran a hand through his blond hair. When someone approached him, he stood up alert. "G'day" he greeted idly. He wondered if the person was going to walk straight past or not.

Deon was actually supposed to be back at the castle not out in the streets of the capital. There were times that Leon the High advisor and Steward because his farther was at camp solace, let him go into the streets of the capital at times. Leon never said anything about guards but it was obvious he was going to be followed by one of the Royal guards or Royal Assassins. The reasons why he was not actually supposed to be out and about was that he was supposed to be in a meeting and helping to inspect the Knights Leon having decided he might as well get him doing something or his farther might complain if he did not. The good thing was Leon was a lot more sympathetic than his dad. It was one of the reasons he was happy about Leon being on a throne in his dad's absence.
So Deon had gone out on the streets mainly just to see what everyone was doing, it was always nice to see what the normal citizens of the kingdom did. It seemed like a busy day as well, so it would be a lot harder for people to spot him he might be able to find someone he knew maybe that young hunter he had met the other day. He was wearing his usual hooded attire when he went out by himself, it was a great way for people not to recognise him unless they looked too closely.
Deon was walking in just a random direction watching the many people go about their business, the air was abuzz with voices so it was rather hard to catch anything from any nearby conversation. He stopped for a moment when he saw a bakers reminding himself of the small pang of hunger he had felt earlier. He finally started walking again that was until he heard someone say 'G'day to him," well it seemed like to him. He stopped and looked at the the guy who was almost in front of him when he almost froze at the sight of the guard. Great lets just hope the guy did not recognise him.

Nathaniel eyed the young boy suspiciously. "You know, you look a hell of a lot like the eldest prince" he commented "I mean - if he were out here, I might be duty bound to escort him back to the castle" Nathaniel added. He wasn't really fussed though. If the boy wanted to parade the streets of Vituria, then why shouldn't he? It was not a crime. If Deon thought that Nathaniel wouldn't recognise him, then he was severely mistaken because Nathan had been working with the Royal Guards for some time. His eyes surveyed the crowd. "If you aren't going back to the castle then may I suggest that you are accompanied by myself so to avoid trouble" he spoke gently. Nathan knew it would look a little strange, but Nate was not gay and he was already married to a beautiful woman. He tapped a foot on the ground in rhythmic fashion. Nathan rubbed at his forehead again. He would be in so much trouble if the other Knights - or even the King - found out he wasn't going to take the eldest prince back to the castle, but in fact help him. Nate rolled his shoulders uncomfortably - the amount of armor on his back made the movement jolted rather than smooth and therefore didn't really help like he'd thought it would. "What are you doing out here?" he asked after a moment, a little confused as to why he was here now. Nate gave Deon a warm smile, although people assumed differently, Nate was not a cold person, he was in fact an incredibly warm person.

Deon almost sighed but decided against it and just grinned instead, which enhanced itself a little when the guard said about accompanying him instead of escorting him back to the castle. Too be honest he was rather surprised and curious as to why the Royal Knight was not deciding to take him back to the castle as their orders most likely told them to if they found him at the moment. He knew some of them might not do so but there were very few who did not follow these orders. He did not want though for this Knight to get into trouble because of him though. He had a plan for if the guy got punished so that should be okay.
“Okay thank you Sir?” He left it open so the Knight could if he wanted to tell him his name, he was sure he had seen this one before but he could not recall where or the name of this one, then again it was always hard to recognise Knights even the royal ones as there were so many of them. The Ones that stuck in his mind the most where the personal bodyguards/knights of his father, him and his brothers.
“I was just seeing what the people where doing instead of being stuck him in the castle and guessing what they were doing,” he said this quietly hoping not to be overheard while also leaving out the very small detail of how he was actually supposed to be doing a few princely duties at this present moment in time.

Nathaniel toyed with telling his name. It was a little unprofessional, but he was already forgoing the rules to accompany the boy. "Nathaniel Wilson" he spoke calmly. "But I prefer Nathan" he added. His peers called him Nate, but Nathan still sounded a little formal. "It isn't a problem. It must get a little... stuffy in the castle sometimes" Nate smiled. He didn't know what it was like to be confined into one space for a long time and he didn't want to. He made a noise of agreement. The idea did sound better. "What if your caught?" he asked idly. Nate wasn't a person who wanted to go to jail. Plus what would happen to his children and wife if he did. Nate suspected his siblings would help out, but that was a little unfair to assume it. Nate smiled but tugged anxiously at his armor. It was stuffy, and warm. He looked at Deon and asked "Do you mind if I go and remove the armor?" Nate had a plain shirt and trousers on underneath, but he could go and run to place the armor with the rest of the knights armor when they were on duty. "Where were you going to go today - I mean what did you plan to do?" he asked, playing with his fingers as he did. Nate ruffled his blond hair, it needed a cut. Nat had let it get far to long. Usually he got his wife to cut it. She was good with that sort of thing.

When he heard the name of the Knight h smiled a little he swore he had heard that last name used before and quite recently, maybe up at the castle though he had been to the Knights quarters recently so he could of heard it there. he decided to ask just encase he had heard it or not. "Have you been to the Castle Recently I'm sure I heard your name called?" he asked curiously hoping to get a reply the knight seemed friendly enough. Then again in this world it was very hard trying to find who was friendly and who was not friendly it can be so easy to trick someone if you had the means to.
He grinned a little when he mentioned if h was caught then he realized the question was more for Nathaniel's benefit than for his own. His smile vanished and he thought about it not entirely sure himself but he had an answer for him he had no idea if someone would see his idea for false though when or If they were caught. "Never been caught before so I don't think they can do much to me I'll make something up for you don't worry, something that wont get you in trouble." he smile returned at his next question "no I don't mind, oh and if we don't get caught I'll see if I can get you moved up the ranks if you want," he said with a joyful tone.
"Me well I was really just watching what people were doing I find its always nice to see what the common people get up to, its better to rule and know your people than to Rule and not know them at all, my Great grandfathers words. Not that he had ever met his great Grandfather.

“I have been very recently. Only the other day in fact. Why?” Nate asked running a hand through his hair. He smiled at the prince, though he was a little confused. He sighed and laughed silently at his confusion. Nathaniel's worries were soothed a little when Deon insisted that he'd never been caught before. “I have a family to provide for, so jail is not an option for me” he said lightly.
“A promotion would be in order” he laughed. He would be incredibly grateful. He was struggling to raise his children and a promotion would make it easier. He wanted to be back at home more, but he needed the money. Having Parker had meant that Melinoe had had to give up her day time job.
He walked them in the direction of the place the knights left their armour, when they weren't using it, and began to remove it. Finally getting all the heavy metal off, he smoothed his plain shirt out and then smiled at Deon.
The woman who watched over their armour insisted that she would hang it up properly for him, so he was ready to go. “So let's go watch people” he exclaimed, before realising just how stupid the comment sounded. “My bad” he laughed. “That sounds very wise. I think the people would prefer a ruler that knew their interests and what they wanted over a ruler who didn't know them” he said shrugging his arms.
Nathaniel rubbed his hands together and then asked "Which direction, and are you thirsty? I can buy you a drink or something?" he asked smiling kindly at the younger boy. He had enough money on him to pay for drinks.
